Long, long rebuild ahead in East Lansing.
Michigan State is in SHAMBLES. I saw a lot of hype. I didn’t buy it but I really feel bad. We believed, or at least wanted to believe so bad.

But think about this...Michigan State hired a coach with a 5-7 record in his single season of experience and expected a different result for some reason.

Mel Tucker should have stayed at CU. They would have given him a lot more time to rebuild the program and would have played in a much easier division. Tucker got paid though so I can’t really blame him

How’d that work out for ya?

I showed the highlight video. Iowa ran all over Nebraska.

Looks like Diaco found a better defense to coach.

I think there are for sure some instances where coaches may be a little too loyal to certain upper classmen players.
Coaches are paid MILLIONS to do one thing as coach. Win games. There is no chance a coach is going to intentionally start a QB who gives them less of a chance to win because they are worried it'd hurt their feelings.

I just can't put Indiana that high. They may have won the game, but good lord were they outplayed.
i think if PSU and Indiana played 10 times, PSU would win 9 of them.
Congrats to IU though for pulling off the upset.
Crazy ending of that game

Who're you going to put above them? Northwestern? Rutgers? :mj:

Think I saw the TOS stat was like 40 to 20 in favor of PSU lol

I think they can over value experience and be too loyal sometimes, though

And so it begins
