Not in the DB room or these guys have not be coached right. I’ve never seen a worse DB room and Knowles changes his gameplan he had all year to put them on an island. Makes literally no sense, you change it up at half.

Coaching gets a F- in that game

One unit of the defense always seems to be really really bad. We’ve not had a total complete good defense since the earlier days of Tressel

Can't go with Harbaugh. He's on the wrong end of UofM coaching history. First coach to start 0-5 vs. Ohio State. First coach to give up 55+ in back to back games to the Buckeyes. Only coach in UofM history to lose back to back bowl games by double digits. But he is undefeated in spring games.

RichRod (15-22 in 3 seasons). Thought his tenure in ann arbor was excellent. Never won more tha 7 games in a season. From what I remember when he first got to campus he started taking down pictures of former UofM football players in the athletic center. Great legacy.

As odd as it sounds right now the answer has to be Hoke.

true, but your arch rival isn't always going to have one of the greatest coaches in the history of the sport.

Day isn’t hoke level bad but right now it looks like we will be lucky to win the game once every like 3 years.

Like I said. He gets enough talent to win 10/11 games every year leading up to the game. So sadly no action will be taken for like 5 years. So it’s going to be a frustrating rest of the decade.
 
Day needs to totally give up play calling duties to have any shot at major success. I don’t see him doing that though.
