It might just be meant to be. In the year the greatest Brave died, to win the whole shebang at home with a huge 44 painted on the center field grass..........seems poetic. How 'bout winning the Braves 4th title in 4 games.........44. Sounds good to me!

Hank Aaron, Phil Niekro, Don Sutton and Bill Bartholomay all die over the offseason. ASG was in Atlanta. Gets moved to Denver because Manfred is a pussy. I hope he gets knocked out cold by a champagne cork during the Braves World Series victory celebration.
 
Was obviously lost on me last night, but there's a good chance I was in the stands for Albert Pujols' last ever game. I was also in attendance for Chipper's last game, but that was overshadowed by Sam Holbrook going full retard.
 


Best part about last night was I didn't have to listen to Ron Darling call the game. He and the Mets deserve each other.

and apparently, the guy that sang the national anthem last night wasn't vaccinated. so, the national sports media (and LA sports media) is trying to make it a story. Additionally, they are trying to condemn the Braves over it, lmao.

Is LA sports media usually this bad? Plaschke and Molly Knight appear to be absolutely miserable humans.
