I might substitute the pork sausage with chorizo next time.

Bonus for me, now that the wife has lost her taste and smell, I can make shit spicy! I have always just had to add hot sauce to everything, and now I can just make shit as spicy as I want.

Half roast, half burger. Cut the roast into 1/2" cubes, dust with flour and brown in oil. Remove from pan and do the same with the burger, minus the flour.

Deglaze the pot, then onion and poblanos. Cook until soft. Add garlic for a minute, then chili powder and cumin. Add 2 cups of stock, a big can of whole tomatoes, and a can of chilis in adobo sauce. Simmer for an hour or so and let the flavors do their thing.

Everyone is on the up swing now. The wife is freaking out about the taste and smell thing. no one in dire straights.

I got vaccinated in August, before our Yellowstone trip, and That may be why I havent had any issues. I dont know.

Sounds crazy af, but about 3 days after doing it, my taste and smell started coming back. It was a couple weeks of cabbagey bullshit, before returning almost fully to normal. prolly like 95% now
 
How big of a faggot do you have to be, to repeatedly get caught lying about how fucking great you are, be disliked by quite literally every person on the board, regardless of which political side they're on, and still show up here on a daily basis.

One pound well seasoned browned ground beef
One large onion chopped
Roughly three cans (total) of chili and kidney beans - I use dry beans so use your discretion
6-8 jalapenos sliced
4 serranos sliced
3 habaneros diced
1 green bell pepper chopped
2 cans hot rotel
1 large can whole peeled tomatoes
Carroll Shelby seasoning pack

Mix everything together in crock pot (with beef already browned). Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Refrigerate overnight. Put back on for six hours before eating. Serve with chili cheese fritos, sour cream, and extra sharp cheddar.

I havent said a word to him is forever, and he is constantly nipping at my heels for attention. Truly a pathetic individual, and I cant even imagine how cringy he is in person.
 
I have versions I make with beans and versions I make without. I think a hard stance in either direction is fucking ridiculous. Eat what you like. I also make a chili verde, but that takes a while to make, so I reserve that for cold and/or rainy days.

I do make a pork chili too, with no beans.
 
The guy I watch barbecue videos of (mad scientist bbq) just did a video of smoking stew meat for an hour and a half then searing it. I think I'll try that the next batch I make instead of ground beef. That will likely be the only part of the recipe I copy.
